The fine print, kept short
Commission is calculated from what the customer actually paid Sela for recurring software, after discounts and refunds. The full policy arrives with your welcome email; these are the rules that matter most.
Counts toward commission
- Platform subscription plans, monthly or annual
- Recurring AI plans and AI credit blocks
- Seats, storage packs and automation packs
- Upgrade proration on those items

- One-time AI wallet top-ups
- Provider and Meta conversation charges passed through at cost
- Setup, migration and Care services delivered by people
- Taxes, payment fees, unpaid or charged-back invoices
- Free trials and the sandbox plan

- Links go to approved partners. Applications are reviewed by hand and may be declined without a stated reason.
- 90-day attribution, one owner
- A workspace is yours when it is created within 90 days of the click and its first paid period starts in that window. One partner per workspace, last click wins; existing customers, reactivations and workspaces you or your staff own do not qualify.
- 60-day hold, $25 threshold, monthly payout
- Each entry is held 60 days after the payment and the service month it covers. Payable balances of $25 or more are paid monthly to the details on file; smaller balances roll forward.
- Disclose, and play fair
- Say that you earn a commission wherever you recommend Sela. Self-referrals, unsolicited messaging, coupon aggregation and paid search on the Sela brand end the partnership and forfeit unpaid balances.

Are there any fees to join?
No. Joining is free, there is no minimum, and there is nothing to integrate. You apply, get approved, and share your link.
How are my referrals tracked?
Your link sets a 90-day attribution cookie on the visitor's browser. When they sign up and create a workspace, the server binds that workspace to your code; the binding lives on our side, so it survives the cookie and cannot be edited by the visitor.
How and when do I get paid?
Each commission entry becomes payable 60 days after the payment and the service month it covers, so refunds settle first. Balances of $25 or more are paid once a month to the payout details on file, together with a statement by email.
How can I promote Sela?
Blog posts, videos, social media, tutorials, client onboarding, newsletters, comparison pages: anywhere you already talk to businesses. What is not allowed is spam, unsolicited messaging, coupon aggregation and bidding on the Sela brand name.
Can I run Google or Meta ads for my link?
Yes, on your own brand and on generic terms. Bidding on the Sela name, misspellings of it, or running ads that pose as Sela is not allowed and ends the partnership.
Do I earn commission on usage, AI credits and services?
You earn 20% on recurring subscription payments and recurring AI plans, including AI credit blocks, seats and packs, for 12 months. One-time wallet top-ups, provider and Meta charges, taxes and human services such as setup or Care are not commissionable.
