Request deletion of your data

A workspace owner or administrator can request deletion of account data and connected Meta channel data. We process requests after verifying identity and authority.

How to submit a request

  1. Email just.for.yousif@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, using the subject “Sela data deletion request”.
  2. Include the workspace name and ID, and state whether you want the whole workspace deleted or only Meta integration data.
  3. We will acknowledge the request and ask for any additional verification needed before deletion begins.

What is deleted

The request covers integration credentials, Meta account links, imported messages, media and contacts, and workspace settings within the scope you requested. For WhatsApp Coexistence, first disconnect in WhatsApp Business App under Settings → Account → Business Platform.

Timing and exceptions

Verified requests are processed without undue delay. We may retain minimal records where required by law, fraud prevention, or payment reconciliation, and delete them when the required retention period ends.
