Sela plans, prices, add-ons, the free trial, and how to buy, upgrade, downgrade or cancel, with proration and payment through Wayl in Iraqi dinar.

This page is the single source of Sela prices and limits. Sela sells a platform plan (what your team can do), plus optional add-ons (extra seats, storage, automation runs and AI credits). Prices are listed in US dollars and charged in Iraqi dinar (IQD) through Wayl.

Sandbox is for evaluation only. Enterprise is sales-led: it is never bought in the dashboard, and the plan card says "Contact us".
What each plan includes#

AI credit blocks cost, for example, $5 for one block (100 credits), $15 for three blocks (300 credits) and $23 for four blocks (400 credits).
Annual pricing#
Choosing Annual charges the platform plan and extra seats for 11 months instead of 12, about an 8% saving. AI credit blocks and storage packs are always charged at the monthly price times 12, with no annual discount. AI credits are always allocated monthly, even on an annual subscription.
The free trial#
Every new workspace can start a 14-day trial from the setup wizard ("Start my 14-day trial"). No card is needed.
- You get the Operations plan, 5 seats and AI Assist with one credit block.
- The AI allowance for the whole trial is 25 credits. It is a total, not a monthly amount.
- A trial workspace can try up to 2 branches.
- When the trial ends the workspace drops to Sandbox unless you have paid.
- Each creator and verified email gets one trial. Gmail dot and plus aliases count as the same address. Suspicious sign-ups (a reused browser, network or channel) are held for a manual review by Sela.
Paying during a trial starts a fresh paid period and a fresh AI allowance. Trial usage is not subtracted, and the trial is left out of proration.
Who can buy#
Only organization admins and owners can change billing or top up wallets. Managers and finance roles can see customer billing (quotes and invoices to your own customers) but cannot change your Sela subscription. See Team, roles and permissions.
Buy or change a plan#
- Sign in as an admin or owner.
- Open Settings, then Data & plan, then Plan & usage. The page is titled "Plans & billing".
- In the workspace configurator, choose Monthly or Annual.
- Pick a plan card: Inbox, Operations or Scale.
- Set the Branches stepper (leave at 1 for a single location; see Multiple branches).
- Set Team capacity (seats), AI credit blocks and any capacity packs.
- Check the Renewal summary and Renewal total, then choose Continue to payment.
- Pay on the Wayl page. You return to a confirmation page in Sela, and the plan updates once Wayl confirms the payment.
Upgrades, proration and removals#

If you have more members than seats after a downgrade, nobody is removed. New members simply cannot join until you add seats.
Cancel#
Cancelling schedules a change to Sandbox at your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then. Existing branches stay readable after cancellation, but new branches cannot be added.
Paying with Wayl#
Sela bills through Wayl, which hosts the payment page and shows the payment methods available to you.
- Amounts are converted at a fixed rate of 1 USD = 1,400 IQD and charged in dinar.
- After payment, Wayl notifies Sela with a signed message. Sela checks the signature, the amount and the items purchased before applying anything, and applies each payment only once. If the amount does not match the order, the payment is not applied.
- If you closed the tab before returning, wait a minute and reload Plan & usage. A paid callback is safely retried.
AI credits and the AI wallet#
Monthly plan credits are used first. When they run out, a prepaid AI wallet is used, topped up in $5, $10 or $20 amounts from the AI usage card. Wallet funds do not expire and are spent only when plan credits are at zero. A wallet top-up needs an active AI Assist add-on and an admin. Details are on Credits and usage.
WhatsApp messaging wallet#
WhatsApp provider charges are separate from your plan. They are paid from a WhatsApp wallet, topped up in $5, $10 or $20 amounts by an admin, per workspace. Funds are set aside before each send and released if the message is rejected. Meta's per-message rates for your country apply from 1 October 2026. See WhatsApp for the current charges shown in your workspace.
Usage limits and warnings#
Storage and automation runs are metered. At 80% of the limit you see a warning. Between 100% and 110% you are in a grace zone where everything still works. At 110% the limit is enforced: storage keeps reads and downloads but blocks new uploads, and an automation run fails without running any actions. Sela does not send automatic overage invoices. Buy a storage or run pack to lift the limit.
Invoices and receipts#
- For payments through Wayl, the receipt comes from Wayl.
- Sela can also issue a PDF invoice by email for subscriptions and services paid by cash or bank transfer.
- Customer invoices you send to your own customers are a different feature. They live under Customers, then Billing (needs Operations). See Orders and payment links.
Setup and care services#
Optional human services are sold separately, invoiced manually, and paid by cash or transfer. They are not part of in-app checkout. Book one from the pricing page ("Book a setup call").

Fixing a defect in a supported feature is always free.
Older plans#
Workspaces that subscribed before the current catalog may still show older plan names. They are moved to the closest current plan at renewal after a 30-day notice. Legacy AI plans keep the same AI price and move to 300 credits a month. Current prices are the ones on this page.
Gotchas#
- If checkout says billing is "not enabled for this workspace yet", the new checkout has not been switched on for your workspace. Contact support.
- Choosing fewer branches than you already have set up is refused. Archive branches first.
- AI features can look unavailable even after payment if the AI add-on is missing (no credit blocks) or the subscription is not active. Check Plan & usage.
- API keys and webhooks need Scale or Enterprise. See REST API and Webhooks.
- The old "Save 17%" annual wording is out of date. The annual saving is one free month on the platform and seats.
