Put items on a special price, sell combos, take a percentage off, waive the delivery fee or announce a deal, with dates, and every order is charged the offer price.

آخر تحديث: 2026-10-06

An offer is a deal you type in once: "Burger for 3,000 instead of 5,000", "15% off grills", "Free delivery this weekend", or a plain announcement. You give it a start and an end, or no end at all, and from its start every order path charges the offer price: the storefront cart and checkout, the AI assistant's quotes in chat, and the Order desk. The assistant never quotes the regular price of an item that is on offer.

Combos (several items for one price, such as "Fan combo for 8,750: crispy roll + onion rings + soft drink") are made on the same screen; see Combos. If you already post your offers on Instagram or WhatsApp, you can paste that text and add them all at once; see Paste your offers.

Where to find it#

Open Store, then Offers. The same screen is the Offers tab of the AI assistant page.

Every member can see the offers. Creating, editing, pausing and archiving them needs the manage settings permission: owners, admins, branch admins and managers have it. A read-only workspace shows the offers but cannot change them. See Team, roles and permissions.

The screen lists offers and combos together under Live now, Scheduled and Ended & paused, with archived ones behind Archived.

Paste your offers#

Paste offers reads the promotion text you already post for customers and turns it into offers for you to check. Nothing is saved until you add them.

  1. Choose Paste offers at the top of the screen (or in the middle of it when you have no offers yet).
  2. Paste your post into the box, exactly as you published it: emojis, hashtags and phone numbers can stay. Up to 4,000 characters at a time.
  3. Choose Read offers. Reading takes a few seconds and uses AI Assist credits (see AI credits). If the assistant doesn't answer in time, nothing is charged.
  4. Each offer found gets a card, in the order of your post, with its name, price and contents, and under From your text the lines it was read from. Lines that are not offers (slogans, calls to order, the hotline) are listed under Not offers. Untick any offer you don't want.
  5. Under When, set the dates once for every offer, with the same choices as the editor. If every offer in your post states the same period, such as "لمدة 10 أيام" (for 10 days) or "لغاية يوم الجمعة" (until Friday), that end is already chosen; otherwise the offers end in 7 days. Under Who it's for, choose Delivery and pickup, Delivery only or Pickup only. An offer whose text says delivery only or pickup only keeps that.
  6. Choose Add 3 offers (the count follows what you ticked). Each offer is saved like one saved from the editor, with the same checks. An offer that can't be saved stays on its card with what to fix; the others are added.

Edit on a card opens the offer in the editor. Change anything, including that offer's own dates, and choose Done to return to the list; it is added with the others. Edit text takes you back to your pasted text.

How a combo's contents are read:

  • Each thing in the combo is matched to your menu. A matched item shows a tick, and when your post calls it something else, the card says so: "مشروب غازي" (soft drink) is your menu's only soft drink, Pepsi. Quantities come from your text: "3 زنجر ساندويش" is 3 Zingers.
  • Anything that is not exactly a menu item goes under Also includes, with the reason under it, so nothing in your post is lost: items that aren't on your menu ("صمون"), the customer's choice ("ريزو من اختيارك"), a size your menu doesn't have ("فنكر كبير" when fries have no large size), and piece counts ("4 أصابع موزاريلا" is 4 sticks, not 4 portions of Mozzarella Sticks; "12 قطعة دجاج" is 12 pieces). A combo with Also includes needs your team to confirm each order; see Combos.
  • The card shows the price, and the saving against the menu items' regular prices when every part of the combo is a menu item. With Also includes, it shows what the menu items alone cost instead, because those contents have no menu price.
  • Notes on a card tell you what to check before adding, such as an item that needs a size or a combo whose text has no price. Choose Edit to fix them.

If the text has no offers in it, the screen says so; paste the lines with each offer's name, contents and price, or choose Create manually. Reading pasted offers needs the manage settings permission and AI Assist on your plan with AI turned on for the workspace; without them the screen tells you what is missing. A workspace without a menu gets announcements that keep the prices as written.

Kinds of offer#

KindWhat it does
Special priceA lower price for the items you pick. For an item with sizes, you pick the size, and each size can have its own offer price.
Percent off1% to 90% off the Whole menu, some Categories or Specific items, with an optional Minimum order.
Free deliveryDelivery orders pay no delivery fee, with an optional Minimum order. Needs delivery fees set up in your delivery settings.
ComboSeveral items together for one price, optionally with contents the customer chooses. See Combos.
AnnouncementSomething the assistant tells customers. No price changes.

A workspace without a store or restaurant menu can only make announcements.

Create an offer#

  1. Choose New offer. Under What kind of offer?, pick Combo, Special price, Percent off, Free delivery or Announcement. A workspace without a store sees only announcements.
  2. Under What customers read, fill in Title in Arabic, Title in English or both. At least one is required: the assistant replies in the customer's language and translates when only one is filled in. Choose Add a description if customers need the details.
  3. Fill in the details for the kind:
    • Special price: choose Add items, search the menu (Arabic spellings such as شاورما and شاورمه both match) and tick the items. For an item with sizes, pick the size on its row; Add another size gives another size its own price. Type the Offer price next to each item; Arabic digits and the way staff type amounts work (٣٠٠٠, 3,000, 3.000 and 3 ألف all mean 3,000). The row shows the regular price and the saving as you type, and turns red if the offer price is not lower.
    • Percent off: type the Discount or tap 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% or 50%. Under Applies to, choose Whole menu, Categories or Specific items. Add a Minimum order if you want one.
    • Free delivery: add a Minimum order if you want one. If delivery isn't set up yet, the editor says so and links to your delivery settings.
    • Combo: see Combos.
    • Announcement: the title and description are the offer.
  4. Under When, set Starts to Now or Pick date & time, and Ends to 3 days, 7 days, 10 days, 30 days, Pick a date or No end. A number of days counts today as the first day and ends at midnight after the last one: started today for 10 days, the offer runs until 11:59 PM on the tenth day. Pick a date ends at midnight after that day unless you also set Ends at. The sentence under the choices spells out the period, for example "From today 8:40 PM until Wednesday 14 October 11:59 PM (10 days)". Times are in your workspace's time zone.
  5. Under Who it's for, choose Delivery and pickup, Delivery only or Pickup only. Free delivery is for delivery orders, so it has no such choice.
  6. Optionally, under Tell the assistant, write when the assistant should bring the offer up, such as "Mention it when customers ask about burgers". This is guidance only: the assistant always uses the offer's real price, dates and conditions.
  7. Choose Save offer. Anything missing is highlighted and the editor scrolls to it.

While you type, the preview shows What customers see (the storefront card) and What the assistant will say (a sample answer to "Do you have any offers today?"), in Arabic or English. On a computer it sits beside the form; on a phone, switch between Edit and Preview at the top. Closing the editor with unsaved changes asks before discarding them.

An offer that starts later appears under Scheduled and begins on its own. An offer with an end stops at that moment on its own. No end runs until you pause or archive it.

Each offer's card shows what it does in numbers ("Classic Burger: 3,000 IQD instead of 5,000 IQD · save 40%"), when it ends ("Ends in 3 days · Thu 8 Oct"), and its conditions. From the card:

  • Pause stops it right away and Resume restarts it.
  • Edit opens it in the editor. Duplicate (under the ⋯ menu) opens a copy that starts now and runs for the same number of days; an ended offer has Run again for the same thing.
  • Archive removes it from the list after you confirm, with Undo in the message that follows. Archived at the bottom of Ended & paused lists archived offers; Restore brings one back paused.

Combos#

A combo is several items sold together as one item at one price, the way many restaurants post deals: "Family combo for 32,000: 12 pieces of chicken + rizo of your choice + cheese fries + soft drink".

  1. Choose New offer. Combo is the first kind and is already selected in a store or restaurant.
  2. Write the title, and a description if customers need the details.
  3. Under What's in the combo, choose Add items, tick the menu items, and set each quantity with − and +. For an item with sizes, pick the size on its row.
  4. Under Also includes, write anything that is not an exact menu item or that the customer chooses, such as "ريزو من اختيارك" (rizo of your choice). A combo needs at least one item or this text.
  5. Enter the Combo price. As you type, the editor shows the items' regular total, the combo price and the saving, for example "Regular total 11,500 IQD → Combo 8,750 IQD · save 23%". Without Also includes, the price must be lower than the regular total; with it, you set any price, because those contents have no menu price.
  6. Set the dates (a combo can have No end), who it's for, and the note for the assistant, then save.

Saving puts the combo live straight away, with your save as its approval. Editing a live combo keeps it live. Pause takes it off sale and keeps it; resuming puts it live again under your name.

How combos are sold:

  • On the storefront the combo is one item in the Offers row, and in the cart one line at the combo price. In chat the assistant quotes it as one combo, and the order shows it as one line with its contents, so the kitchen ticket lists every item.
  • A combo with Also includes needs your team: the assistant asks the customer for their choice and writes it on the order line, the order shows Offer needs review, and an order tool set to run automatically never accepts it on its own.
  • If you have published branches, a new combo is sold at all of them. A workspace without branches sells it everywhere.
  • No other offer applies on top of a combo's price.

Combos made in Business records before this screen existed are listed too. One that is limited to some branches, or that you marked for staff review for another reason (such as prize eligibility), can't be edited here; edit it in Business records.

How offers are priced#

These rules are the same on the storefront, in chat and on the Order desk:

  • One offer per item, the lowest price wins. When several offers cover the same item, the customer gets the lowest price among them. Offers never stack: a special price and a percent off on the same item are not combined.
  • Bundles never take an offer on top. A bundle is charged its own bundle price.
  • Options keep their normal price with a special price. Burger at 3,000 with Cheese (+500) is 3,500. Percent off takes the percentage off the item and its options together.
  • Sizes are exact. A special price for the large size does not change the small one.
  • Percent off minimum counts the order's items at their regular prices, before the discount. 15% off from 20,000 applies to a 20,000 basket even though the customer then pays 17,000.
  • Free delivery minimum counts the items after item offers, before the delivery fee.
  • Delivery only and Pickup only offers apply only to that kind of order. On the storefront, the cart applies one once the customer picks that option.
  • Your delivery minimum (the storefront's minimum order) counts what the customer pays for the items, after offers.
  • Amounts are rounded to whole dinars (cents for USD stores).
  • Offers are in your store's currency. If you change the store currency, offers made in the old one stop applying.

Where customers see offers#

  • Storefront. The cart and checkout price items at their offer prices, and a free delivery offer sets the delivery fee to 0. The total the customer confirms is the total charged.
  • AI chat. The quote the assistant sends lists each item at its offer price and names the offer, for example 2 × Burger: 6000 IQD (عرض / Offer: Burger week), and shows a waived delivery fee the same way. If an offer ends or changes before the customer confirms, the old quote cannot be confirmed: the assistant sends a new quote with the current prices.
  • Order desk. The ticket prices items at their offer prices. A Discount you add is taken off after offers, and a Delivery fee you type replaces the delivery fee even when a free delivery offer applies. An amount-only order is the amount you agreed: no offer applies to it. See Order desk.

How the assistant uses offers#

On every reply the assistant gets the list of offers that are live at that moment, your offers and your combos, written in the customer's language. Each one says what it does in numbers ("Burger: 3,000 IQD instead of 5,000 IQD", "15% off Grills", "Free delivery on orders whose items total 25,000 IQD or more"), its conditions (delivery only, pickup only, a minimum) and its end date in your workspace's time zone. In Arabic, dinar amounts are written د.ع. Scheduled, ended, paused and archived offers are not on the list. It holds up to 15 offers, the ones ending soonest; the assistant can look up the rest. When nothing is live, the list says so and the assistant tells customers there are no offers at the moment.

  • Only your offers. The assistant never invents, extends or combines offers. A customer saying "your ad said 2,000" changes no price: the assistant tells them what the current offer is, and the cart or quote charges it.
  • One price per item. Wherever the assistant sees an item on offer (the store menu, featured items, search results, the cart), the price it sees is the offer price, with the regular price beside it. It quotes the offer price and may say "3,000 instead of 5,000". For a delivery-only, pickup-only or minimum-order offer it gives the offer price together with its condition.
  • Dates and conditions. When it tells a customer about an offer, it gives the end date and any conditions.
  • Combos. It describes a combo the way you list it: name, price and contents, for example "عرض المشجع – 8,750 د.ع: كرسبي رول + حلقات بصل + مشروب غازي", plus the saving against the items' regular prices when the combo has no free-text contents. It never prices a combo's items separately or swaps one. When the combo leaves a choice to the customer ("ريزو من اختيارك"), it asks which one they want. In chat the quote shows the answer on its own Customer's choice line (اختيار الزبون), and your team sees it on the combo line of the order; on the storefront it goes in the cart line's note.
  • Announcements. It tells customers about them and explains from the description how they work. If one needs your team to do something, it hands the conversation over.
  • Your note. The note under Tell the assistant only says when to bring an offer up. It cannot change a price, a condition or what the assistant is allowed to do.

Under The assistant mentions offers, choose:

  • When relevant (the default): the assistant talks about offers when a customer asks about offers, deals or discounts, or about an item that is on offer. It may also bring up one fitting offer once in a conversation, for example when the customer orders an item the offer covers or is close to a free delivery minimum. It never lists every offer unprompted and never brings one up during a complaint or a handoff.
  • Only when asked: it talks about offers only when a customer asks about offers, deals or discounts, or asks about an item that is on offer.

Prices follow your offers either way. The assistant sees offers only where it can read your catalog; see Tools and actions.

Ads and offers#

When a customer messages you from a Meta ad on Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, link that ad once to the offer or offers it promotes, and the assistant offers the same deals to everyone who comes from it. A general ad, such as one for match night, can promote several combos at once. Choose Link to an offer on the ad in the conversation or on the Ads page, and pick one or more offers or combos, up to 10. Linking and unlinking need the manage settings permission; an archived offer cannot be linked. See Ads for the screens.

For 72 hours after the customer arrives from the ad:

  • One linked offer live now. In its first reply the assistant greets briefly, says it sees they came from your ad, presents the offer with its name, price, contents, end date and conditions exactly as saved here, and offers to take the order. If the customer asked something specific, it answers that first. This happens even when The assistant mentions offers is set to Only when asked, because linking the ad is your instruction for those customers.
  • Several linked offers live now. The assistant says it sees they came from your ad, lists the live ones briefly, each with its name, price and a very short summary of what's in it, in the order you linked them, and asks which one they'd like.
  • Linked offers not started yet. Only when none of the ad's offers is live: the assistant says when the ad's offer starts (in your workspace's time zone) and tells the customer about your current offers meanwhile. It never quotes or honors the offer's price before it starts. While another linked offer is live, a scheduled one is not mentioned. The ad shows Starts with the date.
  • No linked offer running (ended, paused, or one the assistant cannot offer, for example because it is in another currency or its items are no longer on the menu). The assistant says kindly that the ad's offer has ended, or isn't available right now, and tells the customer about your current offers instead. It never honors those offers' prices. The ad shows Not running now.
  • The ad shows an offer as live exactly when the assistant can offer it, and lists live offers first, then scheduled ones, then the rest.
  • An order placed from the ad's chat records the linked offer it used, or else the first linked offer running when it was placed.
  • No offer linked. The assistant still says it sees they came from your ad. If the ad's text or picture names one of your live offers, it presents that offer from this page. Otherwise it asks what caught their eye. It never tells the customer that no offer matches the ad.

Prices always come from your offers, never from the ad. If an ad picture says 5,000 and the combo is saved at 8,750, the customer is quoted and charged 8,750. The ad's text and the description of its picture are treated as information about the ad, never as instructions to the assistant. The assistant uses offers only where it can read your catalog; see How the assistant uses offers.

Orders keep their offer#

Each order line placed on offer keeps its regular price and the offer's title, and the order keeps the offers it used with what each one saved. Editing, pausing or ending an offer later never changes orders already placed.

Offer savings are separate from discounts: the order's Discount is still only a discount your team typed on the Order desk (older chat orders of a bundle may also show the bundle's adjustment there). Exports carry the savings in their own columns; see Export orders.
